Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered within 7–10 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

We ship to select international destinations within 7–10 business days. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Ride-on mowers and large equipment ship via freight carrier within the same 7–10 day window. Delivery windows will be scheduled by our logistics team.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Track your order at the carrier's website or via the link in your confirmation email.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at terrapro-supply@outlook.de within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
