Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened fuel containers, used cutting blades, custom-order items, and clearance products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email terrapro-supply@outlook.de with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in fulfillment, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (difference charged). To request an exchange, mention it in your return request email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
